Stakeholder consultation workshop – Slovenia

On April 14th, 2016 HEIDA project partner International Schoo of Social and Business Studies (ISSBS) hosted over 30 participants from different higher education and research institutions from Slovenia who came to learn more about the HEIDA project and the broader topic of making decisions using data and evidence in an educational context.

The day-long event was opened with remarks from Dr. Srečko Natek, dean, International School for Social and Business Studies (ISSBS) and Mag. Robert Marinek from the Erasmus+ national agency CMEPIUS in Slovenia.

Participants heard from project representatives from Koç University, ISSBS and Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona about their case studies. Koç University presented a “beta” version of the HEIDA data sharing tool and asked for feedback on how it could benefit participants as potential users. Overall, the beta version of the tool was considered a welcome development for international office representatives and some made useful suggestions regarding the terminology and items to include in the tool interface for administrators.
