Project final conference and stakeholder event Türkiye – Istanbul

On September 22-23 we welcomed over 50 colleagues from higher education institutions from Türkiye, Europe and Africa to the project’s final conference in Istanbul.

The conference was free to register and offered those working in internationalization at universities in an international office, academic unit or administrative units such as institutional research, strategic development, technology or data management an opportunity to reflect and gain new knowledge on the topics of management of data in higher education institutions and specifically how internationalisation data can be used for decision making. The conference offered participants ways to achieve this through sessions that looked at best practices, case studies, relevant projects in the area of international cooperation and quality assesment amongst others.

It was also an opportunity to showcase the free online software tool and training module that was developed as part of the HEIDA project and raise interest in the use of the tool amongst the participating institutions.

If your institution is interested in testing or using the HEIDA online tool please email us at heida@ku.edu.tr
